FlagSaver and SealSaver require either Windows 9x, NT, 2K, or XP to be installed in order to run.
Each screen saver comes in a self extracting file that installs the screen saver and its animation assets. At the end of the installation the option will be given to set them as the current screen saver. If this option is selected, the display control panel will also be opened allowing the screen saver to be previewed and adjusted. The animation speed of both screen savers can be changed by the controls on the setup window accessible by the settings button.
If the activate option is not selected, the screen saver will still be installed, but will not be used by the operating system. To activate it at a later time, open the Start Menu, then the control panel. Select Display and then the screen saver tab. Click on the down arrow button of the drop down option box in the lower middle section of the window. From the list select and highlight FlagSaver or SealSaver. Click on the apply button at the bottom of the window. The screen saver is now active and may be previewed and configured.
Both screen savers are easily uninstalled from the Add/Remove Programs section of the Control Panel.

FlagSaver
FlagSaver is a screen saver depicting a waving US flag. The bold white names of all fifty states rotate around the flag in different directions.

Obverse:
On the breast of the American bald eagle is a shield with thirteen vertical
white and red stripes beneath a blue chief. In the eagle's right talon is an
olive branch, and in his left a bundle of thirteen arrows. In his beak is a
scroll inscribed with the motto E Pluribus Unum. Over the head of the eagle,
a golden glory is breaking through a cloud, and surrounds a constellation of
thirteen stars on an azure field. Reverse: In the zenith of an unfinished pyramid is an eye in a triangle surrounded with a golden glory. Over the eye are the words Annuit Coeptis. On the base of the pyramid the numerical letters MDCCLXXVI, and underneath, the motto Novus Ordo Seclorum.
